SiteLink Pro ("we", "us" or "our") operates the SiteLink Pro field service management application (the "App"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The App is provided to field engineers and office staff of organisations that subscribe to our service.
Account Details
Your name, email address and role, used to sign you in and identify your work.
Job and work data
Jobs, worksheets, materials, time and notes you record while carrying out field service work.
Photos and documents
Images and files you capture or upload as evidence of work, certificates or site conditions. The App only accesses your camera or photo library when you choose to take or attach a photo.
My device
Push notification tokens - If you enable notifications, a device token is stored so we can send you work-related alerts (for example new job offers or messages). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Location data - Where you choose to navigate to a job, the App opens your map application; it does not track your location in the background.
Device information - Basic technical data (device type, operating system, app version) used to keep the App secure and reliable
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access.

To generate documents such as worksheets, certificates and reports
To send service-related communications (for example, account invitations)

Your work data is visible to authorised staff within your own organisation

We share data only with service providers who help us run the App, including:
Cloud hosting and database providers that store your data securely.
Email delivery providers used to send account and service messages.
Authentication providers used to sign you in.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your organisation maintains an account with us, and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. When data is no longer required it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

As the App is provided through your employer, you may also need to raise requests with your organisation.
Children's privacy
The App is intended for use by businesses and their staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
